Privacy Policy

We use information to operate this store, assist with orders and, when you allow it, measure advertising. Contact support@gazechic.com with privacy questions or a request about your information.

Shopping and payment information

Your bag is saved on this device. If you choose to remember a shipping address, it is stored on this device for future checkouts. Order and fulfillment records are saved on our server, using Supabase for the hosted store. The administrator dashboard uses an essential, HttpOnly sign-in cookie that expires after eight hours. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by this website. Contact and shipping details are sent to Stripe to create and fulfill your order.

For order management, our email provider Resend may send order details, including purchased items and shipping/contact information, to the store operator. These operational messages are separate from optional advertising.

Optional marketing

When marketing is enabled and you select “Allow marketing”, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may receive page views, product IDs, quantities, order amounts and checkout events to measure and improve ads. No names, email addresses, phone numbers or shipping addresses are added to our custom advertising events. These platforms may use their own cookies and process page URLs and device information under their own policies. Please avoid placing personal information in links.

Campaign attribution

With your permission, campaign labels (UTM parameters) and advertising click IDs may be retained on this device for up to 30 days and included with Stripe order metadata to connect a purchase to a campaign. We use the latest tagged visit. Browsing without marketing consent does not save these campaign labels. Clearing browser storage removes this local information.

Your choices

You can decline optional marketing and continue shopping, or change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out. Withdrawing permission stops new marketing events and removes this store’s saved campaign information; the page reloads to unload existing marketing scripts. It does not undo information already sent. Manage third-party cookies through your browser or the providers’ settings.

Essential storage and retention

The store remembers your privacy choice until you change it or clear browser storage. Local bag and optional saved-address information remain on your device until removed or browser storage is cleared. Server order records remain until removed by the store operator; contact support for a request concerning these records. Stripe maintains payment records under its own terms and retention rules. Please contact support for help with an order or a privacy request.
